I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and especially loved hot shower! Food was freshly made and services were great!

Beautiful location not far from the national park food delicious, staff friendly and helpful room was very nice and clean i definitely recommend it

I went with my family on 22 March, and stayed in the AC Superior room - the room was very spacious and newly renovated hence it was fantastic. Very clean room and washroom. Secondly the location of the hotel is fantastic, as it's just 100 meters away from Entry gate for Tiger 🐯 safari. Biggest drawbacks are as follows: 1 - No tea bags or milk powder sachet available in the room (very strange), upon asking also they said that it's not available as they do not serve the same 2 - Apart from the breakfast, food quality in the restaurant was excellent - however the service for the same is slow 3 - Menu Card is not updated, and options served in the breakfast was disaster - this was the bigges drawback. 4 - Lastly ample space is there in the hotel premises, if the government can do regular maintainance and keep the things running then no doubt it can reach the next level.

I was part of a ten person group that was billed as a tiger tour. We were fortunate that Dinesh the owner of Tiger Heaven was our in country host. Dinesh has his son managing the property and he is also an exceptionally nice easy to talk to kind of person. We were in residence during the first week in May so to our great relief the AC worked great. The room was clean and comfortable, quiet and everything worked. The food in the restaurant was well prepared and all the staff attentive and friendly. Since our party formed the majority of the patrons (end of season) the menu was limited, but portions were enough for even the heartiest appetites. Well cooked and served. Even though the grounds were showing the effects of the heat, the gardens were nicely laid out with lots of birds in the cooler hours of the day. The best part of Tiger Heaven Sariska is the close proximity to the national park and the access to Dinesh to explain the struggle to make and maintain a habitat for the tiger. This man has been an advocate for protecting the tiger and educating the public about the importance of wildlife protection. His son has been raised within the culture of preservation and is also very knowledgeable about the reserve and surroundings. It was a great pleasure to stay at their resort and go on game drives to photograph the tigers. Two thumbs up!

Mixed of staff behaviour. Some were good, some were bad. Property itself is really good. Quite near to the gate. Rooms were good, small family of 4 can adjust in single room comfortably. Has a good ground. There are other small gardens as well and maintained. Food was not good. In our 5 meals there was only one lunch that we appreciated other than that it was not good.
